This schedule type allows running tasks when the computer has been idle (no mouse and keyboard activity) for some time
or when the computer has been idle (no mouse and keyboard activity) for some time and then ceases to be idle (activity starts again).
When Advanced Task Scheduler is started as a service and many users are logged on using Fast User Switching, the idle time means
that there is no mouse and keyboard activity in the active user session.
Note: This schedule type does not work in Windows NT.
