Advanced Task Scheduler 6.1

In addition to several minor fixes, the most notable significant fixes and updates in Advanced Task Scheduler 6.1 are:

FTP, FILE: Fixed bug that caused deletion empty folders that do not match to the pattern.
Increase instance counter in a timely manner when many instances of the same task start simultaneously.
Send email: Split lines in base64 encoding when they are longer than 72 bytes.
Column settings now stored for every tab separately.
Network edition: remember opened tabs and open them automatically on start.
Network edition: added header files and sample program to manage scheduled tasks programmatically.
Network edition: fixed bug that caused server to hang when peer has closed the connection.
Fixed bug with expired trial if current local day does not match to the UTC day.
Minor improvements and bug fixes.
